Lier company has professional evaporator producing plant, various horizontal lathes. And the 2.5m diameter vertical lathe can process the single ice bucket workpiece up to 50 tons. The high-performance annealing heat treatment equipment can eliminate the welding stress with its 850 centigrade high temperature annealing treatment ability, which can guarantee ice bucket good material mechanics performance and prevent the evaporator inner wall from deformation forever.

Evaporator features:
1. Evaporator inner wall: It is made of high thermal conductivity cold-rolled sheet or stainless steel 316 material resistant to salt water corrosion, and it also passes abrasive machining and acoustic detection to ensure the wall thickness well-distributed.
2. Ice blade: Made of SUS304 material seamless steel tube and formed through only one time process. It's durable.
3. Spindle and other accessories: Made of SUS304 material through precision machining, and conform to(/meet/is up to) food hygiene standards.
4. Thermal insulation: Foaming machine filling with imported polyurethane foam insulation. Better effect.
