FEATURES
* The automatic ice raking storage system ice plant, consists of flake ice machine, ice rakes system, refrigeration system, the horizontal screw conveyor system, weighing and incline conveyor
* Storage capacities range from 10-150 tons of ice. Widely applied in any ice plant.
* Automatic PLC controlled system with control panel interface
- controls raking system movement of the rake and the speed of discharging ice
- with rake assembly low speed overload protection function 
- Electric operated various speed hoist assemblies, electronic controller

Material could be hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel for option,
1, Ice-Rake system is made from stainless steel. This ensures an excellent ice quality without any discoloration. The components that do not come in contact with the ice, are made of other materials.

ICE STORAGE TYPE, 

1, Normally 10T , 20T ice storage, we recommend using 40'HQ container, easy, and convenient, movable, also it is firm structure, top side could bear ice machines, no extra steel frame for load-bearing structure is required. 
2, Polyurethane panel, ice capacity customized, steel frame structure, load-bearing structure is required when build ice storage, 

Ice storage feature:
*with heat insulation layer, Refrigeration system + air cooling condenser in storage 
* with ice raking system, horizontal screw conveyor, 
* could 2 ice deliver screw on both side of screw conveyor
* storage bin door and PLC control.
