Concrete cooling is mostly used in parts of the world experiencing warm or high temperatures and where a lot of concrete is used. When concrete cures, a good base temperature, in the limits of 10 - 21 º Celsius, must be maintained in the concrete for the least required curing time. Concrete is cooled to reduce heat which can compromise the strength and integrity of a structure.

If it cures at temperatures over this level, the solid formed is of low quality, splitting or cracking starts to occur, and there is an increased water demand. The significance of concrete cooling cannot be overlooked considering the delicate role concrete plays in almost every building. As a result, concrete cooling has become the most common role of ice in the construction industry.

How ice machine work for concrete cooling
Ice rake system most install in the ice storage container for flake ice.
flake ice is dry and small pieces,after ice harvest and fall into the ice storage room,easily pile up like a mountain, and block the ice full sensor which will result the system stop working. Thus an automatic ice rake is necessary to equipped in the ice storage room:
 

Full time working sensors continue detect ice level to system and in-direct command the rakes structure move to the top of ice and then horizontal movement tile the ice flakes.

once all ice is flat on ice room,the rakes will dormant(only sensors  working),after detect ice,the whole system will start,circle and circle..

In ice container, an cooling fan system is needed to keep the temperature between 5ºCto 8ºC,keep the ice flakes in dry and low temperature,so that will not bridge.easy to transport out.
Inner container,all the parts and lubricating oil is sanitary at food grade.The container capacity manufactured by LIER up to 100tons.

Containerized flake ice machine: concrete mixing station is always set up in the open-air place, so containerized ice machine is very necessary. Linsky containerized flake ice machine can support outdoor work, even in the dusty weather, heavy rain and strong winds climate, it is still able to run. The maximum capacity of single unit of Linsky containerized flake ice machine is 60 tons / day. To meet larger capacity requirements, multiple units of containerized flake ice machine can be combined to use.

Rake type automatic ice storage pave ice flake flat inside of ice storage and could hold ice at max capacity. It also can convey ice to the ice outlet according to actual ice demand. It is usually installed under containerized flake ice machine. The ice flakes produced by ice machine falls off into containerized rake type automatic ice storage from the bottom of flake ice machine. Because it is equipped with refrigeration unit, so the ice storage temperature could be kept below -10°C, which can always keep ice flake dry. The rake teeth of automatic ice storage can further crush ice flake into powder and forms snow.

Screw ice conveying system: Screw ice delivering system is the most commonly used in concrete cooling. The longest transmission distance of Linsky screw ice conveyor could be up to 50 meters in single piece, with the highest elevation angle of 45 degrees.

Ice weighing system: Linsky weighing machine can be divided into screw weighing machine, pneumatic weighing machine and crawler weighing machine, the commonly used one is the screw weighing machine. Our weighing machine can weigh 2 tons maximum at one time.
