Evaporator advantages:
1.Its evaporator with fixed vertical design is made of SUS304 or carbon steel with high heat transfer efficiency and surface Nobelium electroplated.And the automatic protection welding equipment and annealing heat treatment furnace ensure the ice machine high quality and performance better.
2.Professional evaporator producing plant,various horizontal lathes are all owned in our company. And the 2.5m diameter vertical lathe can process the single ice bucket workpiece up to 50 tons.
3.The high-performance annealing heat treatment equipment can eliminate the welding stress with its 850°C high temperature annealing treatment ability,which can guarantee ice bucket good material mechanics performance and prevent the evaporator inner wall from deformation forever.
4.Our spiral ice blade researched & developed and produced by ourselves independent is make of high-performance strong stainless steel and formed through only one time process. Its scientific structure, clean hygiene,reasonable spiral angle and accurate cylindricity make it cut ice with less resistance,no noise,vibration and balance.all mechanics performance and prevent the evaporator inner wall from deformation forever.
